Blocks, socials & embeds

Everything you can put on a bio page, and how each piece behaves.

Social icons#

Socials are a separate row of icons rather than full-width buttons, so they take up little space. Paste the profile address and the correct logo appears. These are tracked too.

The bio text#

Supports simple formatting: bold, italics, links, bullet lists and small headings. Anything pasted in is cleaned before it goes on the page, so a stray bit of HTML can't break your layout or do anything unpleasant.

Keep it short

Two lines. The page exists to move people somewhere else, and a wall of text pushes the buttons below where most people scroll.

Artist pick#

Feature one release at the top with a real player, so fans can hear it without leaving. Paste a Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or SoundCloud link and give it a caption such as "Artist pick" or "New single". It uses each service's official player.

Anything a fan does inside that player belongs to the service, not to us, so plays and saves made there are not counted in your stats. It is there to hook people, not to measure them.

Live follower and subscriber counts#

If you link your Spotify artist profile in your socials, the page can show your live follower count. The same applies to a YouTube channel and its subscriber count. Both refresh periodically rather than on every visit, and both disappear quietly if the number isn't available or you have subscriber counts hidden.

Email sign-up#

An optional box with your own wording. Keep the prompt specific: "Get my new music first" beats "Subscribe". Sign-ups here go to the same audience list as every other capture point.

Social share image#

Sets the picture that appears when someone shares your bio page in a message or a post. Without one, your profile photo is used. A wide image looks better in most previews than a square one.
